Best part of the deer. Cut in strips and either battered and deep fried or spray done Pam in the pan and fry like that

Cut it up, sprinkle it with some Slap Ya’ Mama Cajun seasoning and sauté it with onions in olive oil.

This article illustrates how to get meat trimmed and sliced free of fat and other junk. I like my slices thicker than this (has to be rare imo) but you get the idea anyway. Im a cast iron junkie... I sear in hot olive oil and butter i only season with garlic, sea salt, and a little red pepper. I like to add onions and mushrooms. Best meat on the deer. https://www.outdoorlife.com/photos/gallery/2014/12/wild-game-how-trim-and-prepare-deer-heart

Same as above. Trim all the fat off and valves. I roll mine in flour and fry in bacon grease. Salt pepper garlic. Put on homemade biscuits and make gravy outta the grease in skillet.

I have 2 to cook up after last night's hunt and they will be for lunch. I like battered and fried pretty good but I dont think you can beat grilling it rare. Put some Cavenders on it, run it in, place on very hot grill for 2 mins on each side....delicious.
I cant explain it but the texture of it grilled is strange but very very good.

Maybe I will have to try it, but the yotes need to eat too.
