About 3 years ago we started processing our own deer. We learned a quick and easy way to debone the hams while skinning the deer. This saved time on the processing as well as saved space in the cooler if you have multiple kills on a hunting trip. I thought I would put together a little clip of how I skin out my deer and cut the meat off the skeleton. If you know an easier way to do this, then please share. Hopefully some of you may learn something that you can use, and hopefully someone will provide some feedback that I too can learn from. Good luck out there guys.

LOL. I suppose I need to explain that. I have taken that knife that my son had and put the blade on a grinder. That thing couldn't cut water, but he thinks he helping. ;)

Good video...and definitely helps someone who is just starting to butcher their own deer.
