Default Shopping for Youth Guns

I would like to buy a youth shotgun and deer rifle. Would like to have a left handed Remington 1100 20 gauge youth model and a right handed Remington Model 7 youth model in .308. Open to other suggestions if you have something for sale or trade.

You may want to reconder a "youth" model. Kids grow out of them pretty quick. A standard model seven in .308 cal should be great. Good luck.

Bowcrazy, I am looking for a deer rifle for my daughter.
If you run across a 7mm-08 let me know. I'm interested
in a model 7 rem. My daughter has shot one and it fits
her well. She is 11 but large for her age. You may want
to consider an 870 youth model shotgun if you are fitting
small frame person. We use these for kids shooting skeet&
trap at our club. As they get older they can move on up
to large frame shotgun.

Life is too short to hunt with an ugly dog!

KYhunter, My wife and oldest son are both left handed, I figure she can use the 1100 after he grows out of it. My boys are 13, 10 and 5 so I figure to get several years use out of a youth model.

GSP, I saw a 7mm-08 on a website a couple of days ago but I can't remember where, if I run across another I will let you know. The 870 might work, thanks.

Have you folks tried E-BAY? I've found alot of gear for the kids there in the past. Our son is 10 but we can't buy youth gear for him anymore, he's 5'3", 140# so. We just bought him a 2 year old PSE Infinity 2000 from a woman in Texas on E_BAY. Fully loaded with arrahs and cases for $189. He shoots 42+# now so we had to step it up to a new bow for next year.
You should be able to find what you need on E-BAY and you get to decide what you want to pay for it.

Good luck

Kenny
