Default Marlin Model 60

I just purchased a model 60 and was just wondering if they were very hard to take apart and clean? I was also wondering at what distance I should site my scope in for?

The answer depends on what you will be hunting with the gun. If you plan to squirrel hunt, and want mostly head shots, I would sight the gun so as to be dead on at 30 yards. If you're planning on shooting rabbits out of soybeans, or maybe groundhogs, I would sight it in at 50 yds.

This is a dandy little gun. I have mine topped with a $50 Simmons scope & couldn't be happier with it. Good luck!

Rob, thanks for the advice! I have my new gun sited in at 50 yards and am looking forward to a good season of rabbit hunting.
