Default Open to Public

I was wondering everyones opinion on WMA's being opened to "The Public"? All WMA's are bought, maintained and supported through the revenue of hunting- fishing liscense and boat registrations. With that said, "how do y'all feel that they are being advertised as, "Open to the Public"??? Example given Kleber WMA, has a "Public Rifle Range"!
My opinion is any one using a WMA should be helping to pay the bills.

While I understand your point, try looking at it from another angle. We can use "our house- our rules"! line. It allows us hunters to keep better tabs on "our" land, as opposed to getting too many of the "other" kind in there trying to make things a bird sanctuary only or something like that. Plus it shows that hunters(and their money) are willing to share and give free access to ALL.
