I went and looked this one up. It does sound wicked. I saw something close this summer. A guy made up some bastard wildcat by necking down a .44 case to a .17. He had a custom barrel built. That creature would sing!

The only thing I know about .223WSSM, is that it has to be the ugliest bullet ever made. But I do agree, looks like a good killin' round. But for varmints...don't know. Seems like something cheap...say 7.62, would be the best. Always wanna kill all them things you can, so the more bullets you buy, the better.

I just bought a Browning A-bolt today in .223 WSSM. It has a sporter weight barrell. I'll let u know how it shoots when I get the chance.
