not a lot of difference in my opinon have both the sb2 doesnt kick as bad about the only difference i can tell

It's lighter, has the new crio barrel for better patterns, and as you said kicks alot less with the comfort tech system.

870 is a nice good pointing cheap shotgun that will get the job done.. but there's also no gun im more tired of hearing about. It's not the gun that matters it's the man behind it.

i won 5 money rounds in a row at our local turkey shoots for more than $250 each last fall with my sbe and finally had to have my gun inspected to make sure it was legal. more than paid for the gun in the process and beat a bunch of them 870's in the process doing it. even made a side bet for 100 with me using my 5 shot turkey loads to them using their 8 shot loads and beat them hands down at 40 yards!
