You should see a red triangle in the upper corner of each post. Clicking on that will report the post to each moderator.

That means that you have to open the post in order to alert a mod. The post that he is refering to was clearly inappropriate just from the title.
Is there a way to alert a mod without opening it in case you are at work or something?

Is there a list of all the moderators somewhere and which forum each is charged with moderating?
