Default Sloughs draw

Got my info for Sloughs today in the mail. New to the waterfowl scene, only bee doing it a couple of years, so I'm not quite familiar with everything yet. On that note, what's a pit blind, because that's what I was drawn for.

Pit blind is one that is underground, hence the word "pit." On that note, good luck! If you are going just to get out and enjoy nature, great! If you expect to kill a lot, sorry about that. Hope you drew 43 or 45, and have a crap load of decoys to pack in at 4:00 a.m.

They don't like that side of the gravel road, nor the power lines that run along it.

We will give it are all come January we have a boat load of decoys and Brandon acted like he may call in sick. If not I can probably find some guys to fill in so we can get the decoys to the blind. I have a mallard machine coming as well as a speck call and a dozen speck decoys.

It really don't harldy matter what you do at blind 42, its pretty safe to say your not gonna kill much..So if your real far off it's really not hardly worth it. But you never know thats what's great about duck hunting. Goodluck

You know i will be. Wouldn't find me anywhere else when the river is up. It's at 17ft right now. Greenbriar is flooded all the way to the back. Pick you up round dark 30 if you wanna go looking around

Hint (shhhhh): take 2 vehicles and set up at your drawn pit and try to set up a little at 43 or 45 to get them if the drawee fails to appear within 30 mins of shooting light. This obviously works better on a weekday.
