We had a great first weekend!
  My dad and I got two gobblers 7 in beards, 3/4in spurs, 17 pounds and two hens the first weekend! We saw over 100 birds! One of our best weekends yet. Good luck to everyone hitting the woods this year!

Was this public or private land? Good luck in late fall season, I'd be happy to see any turkeys nearby, but 100? Wow. Nice birds!

It was private land. I had only been seeing 2 small flocks all of bow season. I almost didn't go because I thought we had a bad hatch this year but sat morning they were everywhere! Good luck this season guys!
