    Default Mower Demolition Derby(pictures)

Was last night in Boone County. I was told that I finished in 10th place out of about 22. I bought my mower monday night and had it ready by wednesday. I guess when one of your best friends goes to Hobart for welding then your set on welds. Here are some pictures from it.

    How I bought it

    Next day

My buddy ryan's mower and my mower

When I read this I thought, how unsafe, lawn mowers being rammed into each other, and then I saw your helmet. Good thinking.

They've started having combine demo derbys around here.

Ya that's standard. I'm really sore today but I will be ok. It was a lot of fun so I can't complain.

What happens when they wreck your ride and you're forced to dismount? Do you carry the battle on and fight to the finish with weed whackers?
'But I would rather have it bent and dull and know I had to put it on the grindstone again and hammer it into shape and put a whetstone to it, and know that I had something to write about, than to have it bright and shining and nothing to say, or smooth and well-oiled in the closet, but unused.
