ez,I just spoke with Don Wackerman and he tells me that the Foundation hopes to sell about 2000 tickets.
The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation is a non-profit organization and this money will all stay here to benefit Kentucky's Elk heard and preserve wildlife habitat while working with the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife.

I used the email on the site to see how to get the actual tickets, they said email them with all the vitals(name, address, how many tickets, etc.) and they will mail them out to you so you can get them filled out and turned back in. Also they said it was open to anyone.
