Find an art studend or a graphic designer. They'll have pantone wheels.

I'm confused, the scooter shop was painted white, with some yellow and blue shutters / windows... You're telling me you can't find baby blue and banana yellow at Lowes?

There is only one sensible solution. Go there, and smuggle in an electric drill with a 2" hole saw bit. Drill out a sample, and bring it back to have color matched.

Printers (the kind that print flyers and business cards) should have one too.
