Is the night hunting law legal yet? I've read the posts but can I do it this weekend now?

Night hunting for coyote will be great can't wait
Riverboss, I dont know what you mean about 'huntermucher2's statement... it in no way reflected any of the negatives associated with night hunting. In fact, he asked if it was legal, so he obviously is obeying the law. I dont think there is anything wrong with this law personally, I have read both sides hash it out the last few months but its the same old song and dance for those wishing against the night hunting law. If your going to say that you shouldnt be able to coyote hunt at night with a shot gun, because of the negatives associated with it (trespassing, poaching, and etc...) then go ahead and ban coon hunting, heck ban all hunting... because the fact is, if the law passes or doesnt pass, there are still going to be people trespassing and poaching!
"I have a passion for whitetail deer, not a passion for killing them. The fact that I deer hunt does not make me their enemy, but their guardian."
I can't hardly wait either! The last varmint we hunted at night was foxes, years ago! We would put ol Johnny Stewart in the truck tape player and wait! Flip the red light on and It would be 10 foot from the truck bed! Pretty exciting, can't imagine what kinda rush it would be to have a yote do that....
Nothing against Huntermucher2 just saying most wont read the regs when they are done, we have several post on here that clearly state what the status of the bill is , but he didnt read them or he would of known. Most people hear something they want to do and just dont bother to read and find out what they need, I know he asked a valid question i was just trying to make a point. Sorry if i made him think he did anything wrong.
So have they voted on it yet? Haven't heard yet
It's on tomorrow's KDFW's commission meeting agenda.

That part of portentinally charging permit at the bottom.
If there is a way to make money off of it they will.
Its not the thrill of the kill. Its the joy of being out to enjoy the hunt.
