I would just like to know what anyone else thinks about the .260. I have harvested a few deer with mine and realy like the low recoil on my end and the great stoping power on the other end. Just wanted to hear your comments.

I kept waiting for an owner to post, I've never shot one, but know 3 folks that own them. They all have positive comments on recoil, accuracy and all state they are lethal. I suspect there is very little difference between the 260 & 6.5x55 Swede which I have shot a few times. A couple of friends also swear by the Swede for the same reasons. Relatively small calibre with a long heavy bullet is a good combination.
