    I read all over that form and unless I'm missing something the only thing that requires a survey is if someone transfers a shooting preserve to someone else. Unless you own one now and plan to sell or plan to buy one then you wouldn't have to worry about it.

    Anybody have an idea of what bands to get or where from?
    When you buy birds the seller will provide them, or you can get tags from the department.

    Sent app in the other day. was pretty painless. Bands are easy to come by. I kinda agree with just overlooking new rules. But as much trouble as weve been in latly with the dot over welding rigs. I figured it would be easier just to fill out the app.
