Anybody ever used wild grape vine for smoking?
I am thinking about trying it. I have an abundance of it. Do you use it dry or green? Mix it with other wood?

You can use it either way. mix it with whatever you want or alone.

Grape vines yes indeed you can use dry or green. Just like other fruit woods I prefer them some what green because all the saps and stuff help flavor the meats.
Be careful on them because they can make the meat tart when over smoked. I like them with poultry and red meats.BBQ Naked & Toast Your BunZ
