I've had the same problem.
Hey guys,
Give me a little more info ... does it only happen when you are trying to change your password?

Works for me? It has logged me in every time I come to the site. You have your IE settings to not keep cookies?
Only problem I had was it telling me that it didn't load my avatar, but it did??

I changed my password, next time to log on it didn't work. Requested my password to be emailed and it was different from the original and the one I changed to.
Hmmm .... not sure ... is it still logging you off?

yes, thats the only time, and after it logs me off I can't log on with that password, I have to get a new one, and now it says it doesn't recognize the email address

Clear your Cookies.
The cookies from the old board are probably interfering with the new one. Just go to the options in your browser and clear out the cookies, re-log in, and it should be ok.

done that and it still wont let me change my password it says that I'm not logged in and then I have to get a new password everytime that I try to change my password, because then it says invalid password or username
edit here; AHHHHH, maybe I will try my new password and see what it does anyway just a thought to try

Are you behind a firewall? If so, vBulletin sometimes has problems with them.
Also, I'm not sure of the certificate situation here, but you might need to set your cookie acceptance level a notch lower than it is or enter the url in the accept cookies from.
