i got one last year for my b-day...i really love it....try marinading your steaks in them....beat them with a hammer thaen seal them with the marinade in the bag....it forces it into the meat....man...mmmm!!!!

I just put some fresh jerky meat in a big ol bag with some teriyaki. I'll let you know how it oges. I'm also gonna pick one of the recipes from the jerky post and try with some meat left over from last season that is thawing in the fridge.
