Did we loose the option to "subscribe" to topics, so we could receive email notifications on desired posts?

The Kentucky Conservation Officers' Association (http://www.geocities.com/Yosemite/Cabin/4914/)
We turned it off while trying to decide how to handle the flood of bounced emails.
People are changing their email address, running out of space, etc. and we are getting hundreds of bounces a day.
Hopefully we will have the option turned back on shortly.

I use to use the "subscribe" option all the time, but quit because this is such an active site that it was dominating my e-mail site so that I couldn't take care of business without wading through multiple posts. Now, when I get on the site I hit, "Active Topics" and it gives me a list of everything posted since I was last on the site and then I can pick and choose without interfering with my regular e-mail site.
