You can use any type meat including but not limited to turtle, chicken, venison, dove, what ever your little heart desires.
Take about 20 dove breats, cover in water with some salt and pepper. Boil until the meat is done. Remove, drain off broth and discard. Pull the meat from the bone, add more water, couple slices of chopped bacon and plenty of chopped onion. Boil until bacon is done and you have some good broth. Drain again. Add 1 1/2 cups rice and appropriate amount of broth(according to directions on rice). Also add salt pepper and red pepper flakes to taste. Keep remainder of broth cause you will have to add more. cook until rice is done adding enough broth to make it a little soupy, not dry. Chop 4 boiled eggs and add them. Now stuff your self! Tell the wife it's dark chicken meat and she'll love it(mine did!).
