My new toy

So the last few years the only processing I paid for was having my Venison ground.

Well No More[;)] Got me a grinder attatchment for my Kithen-Aid Stand mixer. Now I can 100% process all my venison.

woth gas prices I could have 2 deer processed for waht it would cost to drive to and from (lol)!

It's awesome, had it's "maiden voyage" tonight. Ground 10# of deer, got 2# of Jerky working now, and will continue the Jerky batches till' the 10# runs out!
