Badger???

A friend called me last night, he said he had seen a badger on his farm? Is this guy nuts? I have not heard of badgers in Northern Kentucky? Has anybody got any ideas? I'm going by and take a look. I'll report back what I find.

There are sightings, listed on Ky F&W website, documented sightings by F&W biologist in Grant, Henderson county.
Previous Breckenridge county wildlife officer, told of seeing a badger on (2) differnent properties in Breckenridge county, 6-8 years ago. There are probably more here than people realize. Most people would think they saw a groundhog.
