Hunting Turkey!

Me and my cousin went down to our farm to hunt and only saw 1 turkey throught a 10 hour period.. That was proubly the most worst hunting i have ever done..

It can be tough at times but I guess that is what makes success so sweet, next time you all might be all over them.

Don't stop! Back up and punt... scout some more, and get out again and again. There's a turkey out there with your name on it, but you won't get him at home!

If seeing one turkey in a days hunting is your worst day.....then you don't hunt on the farms I hunt :D Hang in there. Theres been lots of days I would have loved to have seen 1 bird.

I feel your pain. During the archery season I would see a minimum of 3 turkeys a day. But since gun season came in, I have not seen a single one.

i imagined this in the most hick voice possible and i laughed. :D. but just hang in there. the turks are not going any where. hopefully youll get a shot off on one!!

I hunted the first two days of gun season and didn't see a single bird on the public land. Of course I saw 4 gobblers and a huge group of hens and young 'uns on the private land on the way out. Unfortunately my scouting time was too limited due to school, hopefully I'll get to scout more during the late fall season. Good luck seeing those turks K-Dog, at least you've got the private land at your disposal!

Thanksguy's.. well i sure hope i get one by jan.. i bow hunt and shotgun for turkey so i should have a chance.. good luck to evrybody when ur huntin..
