new commissioner for 6th district

i was at the 6th district federation meeting when frank brown announced that it appeared that he was not elected or selected and that ron toler from winchester appeared to be the new commissioner for the 6th district but i havent seen anything posted on this.so i for one say welcome to mr toler who i have known for several years i believe that he will have the needs of the sportsmen and women of ky foremost in his thoughts and actions and i wish him well in this endeavor
