just purchased 1100 special field has a dent in the rib I need a murray's vent rib tool. Wondered if anyone close to e-town might have one.

Why do you need a special tool?
A flat screwdriver with some duct tape on the end of it to protect from scratches will make it look as good as new. Just go slow..

Two wooden wedges. Start them in from opposite sides and tap with hammer unitl done.

To avoid over stressing the solder joints and possible pulling the rib loose use 2 clamps (padded to avoid scratching the metal) to help secure the rib posts on each side of the dented section before you insert your wedges or screwdriver
