A guy that I work with supposedly has a friend with a AR 15 for sale, I don't know any details at all, except that it's for sale, what would the cheapest, basic AR 15 be worth?
I'm supposed to get some details tomorrow, but I just wanted a figure to work with before hand.

The guy told me $500, that's all I know yet.

Get the make and an approximate number of rounds through it.

Unless it is a Century or HESSE AR $500 is a DEAL.

I believe you will at least have a $500 rifle. I can't see an ar that is in useable condition not being worth that. I would suspect it would be worth more.

As you guys and gals may have realized by now, I've never got anymore info about the AR, and I'm assuming that I won't get any.

Almost as bad as having a guy at work that knows you are into guns and goes to a pawn shop and sells it for $400.
