Plan on getting some sort of optics to use as a spotter when target shooting. I'm leaning towards a zoom binocular as opposed to a spotting scope. They would double as something to use in the truck and not be limited to the range only. Looking at 10-30 x 60 and 12-60 x 70. I'm concerned the 10-30 would not let you see .22 holes at 100 yards. Don't know if the 12-60 would. Does anyone have or have used a pair of either of these? Whaddaya think?
