Election Day is coming up quick , Nov 5th.
Here in Kentucky ,has some organization , such as NRA or LOKS , put together a list indicating candidates stand on the outdoors, hunting and gun issues ??
On incumbent judges, their record on fish & wildlife cases. Are they doing their job or are they turning the "Bad guys" loose with a "hand slap"??
Shouldn't we put this on CyberHunters for ALL to see , so we can tell the difference between the "good and bad" guys and assist in making the right decision ??

Valley I haven't seen anything. But would really like to. If you have this info please post it. I'll get on the horn and see what I can locate. Usually by this time NRA has sent out two or three list.

These grades are based mainly on Second Admendment Rights, but most of the time these guys will be the same that stick up for hunters rights:

Outdoor Life posted all the canidates ratings this months edition. They are not on their web site yet.
They give, Sierra Club, GOA & NRA ratings, along with Congressional Sports Caucus, etc.

Finally good reading in Outdoor Life.

Doesn't matter much to me anyway. I'd have one hell of a time pulling down for any Demo_rat!

Now Multi....my Dad was a Democrat and look how I turned out.[:o)] I am however a Republican, and a damn conservative one at that.

My Dad in his day was very conservative. It's a shame what this country has come to. I'm sure Dad rolls over in his grave everyday considering what goes on now in this country.[:(]

It's up to us to fight for the "old ways".........there's not a "funny face" to describe this.

My dad was a fine gentleman and a Democrat. I wouldn't have voted for him if he was running for office though!

Speaking of democrats, can you just imagine what the gun control nuts would be up to now, after the sniper shootings, if Forrest Gore had been elected? You'd have to barricade yourself in your house and shoot 'um as they came up the driveway! Think about having daschle, hillary, schummer, and kennedy in charge of YOUR guns when you go to vote.

You all are going to VOTE, aren't you!!!!!!!!

Valley,

I'd love to tell you the judges that I've had problems with, but I can't. I believe some state law prohibits me from campaigning for or against politicians. I'd be interested to see if someone could come up with F&W decisions and the judge that ruled. Some of you law abiding citizens would be shocked with what goes on.

Warden,
Is the court decissions public information?
That would be one great idea if Cyberhunter could get that info and post it.

Multi and Xtreme, I can see some of our weekends are going to have some spirited conversations. While I'm not particularily pro-democrat, I'm definately anti-republican. My views come primarily from all the years of corporate banking (prior to settling back home in a community bank)and all of the greed, corruption and basic dishonesty that I witnessed within the party, its members and representatives within the industry. I have no doubt that there is comparable behavior with the dems and their supporters, but I have had way too much direct experience with crooked republicans and bankers to ever be able to trust much of anything they promise.

I realize that I am in the minority on this site with these views, but as Popeye used to say... I yam what I yam!

Thunderstorm, now your talkn. These decisions are kept mainly ununounced just because of sheer lack of interest, ah maybe a little press bias. If it can be gotten out infront of the people who care about these issues it would cause some changes I'll bet you.

Hamilton for Boone Co. Commisioner
Boone Co. Fiscal Court recently voted to move forward Commisioner Tim Hamilton's proposal to build a public shooting complex and training center which will include rifle, pistol, skeet/trap & archery.
He's your 2nd amendment voice.[;)]
