I was just thinking that tap water ( that has never been fit to drink anywhere I have lived) is the only thing that is not sky high... Well other than air , can't wait for carbon credit tax.

i thought even navigable waters that were within state boundaries were considered state property?

Why do they want to change the definition? What do you think they are trying to get out of this?

CONTROL !!!The feds want more control of everything you do or have. The more control they have the more power they have. If they contol all the water they control everything. With total control comes a way to tax it and make more money from it. They could tell you as well as businesses how and who will use it. Anytime the govermnet is in more control of anything its usually not a good thing.
