This has been out there for awhile. CIFTA was signed by Clinton in 97, as the report states, and fortunately never ratified by the Senate. However, Obama going to Mexico to resurrect this so-called "treaty" sells ALL Americans down the river, whether you own guns or not, IMO. :eek:
