Congrats!!
Maybe you should find out what is causing that!?
Little boys are great but there's nothing better than a daughter to make you want to hug her/kill her/pull your hair out (hopefully not all at the same time). (I have one of each PLUS 1 of each for grandkids).

Man, girls are twice as expensive as boys to raise. How you gonna tell her no when she asks for a pony and looks at you with those sad eyes?

It can be done. Trust me. ;)
Congrats, Philpot.
My daughter lost her first tooth last night. Evidently, the tooth fairy has come into some money since I was a kid judging by what my daughter brought to show me this morning.

It's no use. She'll get pregnant anyway. My brother found out what was causing his, so he and his wife quit it completely. A year later, his wife had another baby anyway, so there just ain't no way to prevent it.:(

quackr,
mine lost her first tooth night before last as well:D. With Hunter, it was a chore to get him to let us pull one, then you would think we had chopped off his arm or something when it was over:rolleyes:. With Michaela, she came to me with a section of dentil floss and told me to yank it out. she is tough.
congrats Philpot. you will love having a little girl!

Alyssa's tooth had been loose for about 2 weeks but I didn't want to traumatize her by trying to pull it too early. For 2 weeks, it's all she could talk about. She was ready to lose her first tooth.
The night before last it was so loose that I was afraid it would come out while she was eating and that she would swallow it. When she finally realized that it was going to happen, she had an absolute meltdown and decided that she didn't want to loose any teeth.
The thing was so loose that I pulled it mid meltdown and she never knew that it had happened. :D
