A couple of years back I went hunting with a guy who had the most confortable turkey vest I have ever used,, it had a built in back rest. I believe it was made in Kentucky. I can't find the guy, to find out what kind it was. I guess I'm getting old. I can't seem to confortable sitting on the ground. Anyone knows pleas let me know. Thanks

i have seen the one your talking about but i cant recall the name or brand..looked a little heavy to me and many times turkey hunting you got to be able to make a exit to go to a gobbling bird

I have that vest and it is a little big horn...They no longer make them I have been told...I had my vest recovered this year and it cost me an arm and a leg but is a great vest! The stadium chair type are the next best thing...but the storage you get and comfort out of the little big horn vest is one of a kind. If you find any information about them let me know I will buy three or four of them!

I've had one for several years made by bucklick creek. These vest are great if you have lower back problems. They are not bulky or heavy and are very comfortable to sit in. Not sure where you can get them. I bought mine at a NWTF convention. Google Bucklickcreek turkey vest.

Man i was injured in a motorcycle accident and i cant set still long with anything but the new walmart foldout chairs. Theyre perfectly colored spring leave green. They are light for a fold up chair and 10$. The legs are silverish but some spray paint works great. I like it because it doesnt sit up too high nor too low. Ive ran and trashed about 6 different types off chairs now.

Yes, it is the little-bighorn turkey vest. I googled it and they had a picture of it. From what I've gathered this vest it is no longer made. It's a shame. I even tried ebay. I'm heading to Missouri. I will stop at BAssPro in St. Louis and I'm going to try out their turkey lounger. It got very good reviews. I'll let you know how it worked.

Do yourself a favor and MAKE SURE to get the Highback Turkey Lounger at Bass Pro! It used to be made by Bucklick Creek but they sold it to Bass Pro. It's incredibly lightweight and comfortable, and has tons of room in it for calls and accessories. I tried the Little-Bighorn vest (very comfortable) a few years ago, and in my opinion would have needed a Kubota to haul it in there. Way too bulky and heavy for me.
