I found a new way to sharpen my skills with my longbow for turkey season. I set my blind up about 10 yard's from where i feed my dog's and when the black bird's come to take the food wack.... lol had one miss and one hit. better than shooting at a target all the time.:D

I've done that before but off the porch which is about 25 yards away....It's a challenge, but the judo points make the feathers fly!

I do it all the time, except i usually use bread that has gone stale. On rainy days, i open up a window and whack em from the inside. It will improve your confidence and your yardage estimation.
