Just got home from working 1/2 day. It is a warm, sunny afternoon & I just got new tires put on the motorcycle yesterday, but I'm too exhausted to take a ride! Going to take it easy today & relax a little. Tomorrow will be play day!

Just finished scrubbing the front bathroom from top to bottom as part of my spring cleaning projects. Glad that's over. Watching hoops and praying for "bracket survival."

Made a new road at the farm, put more rock in the spillway at the pond, built a fence around the new garden spot, tilled the new garden spot, and am getting ready for a shower and a trip to Georgetown to drink some beer a buddy of mine brought back from Germany.

The new waterhole needs a bit of help. I got into some shelf rock in the bottom, so I need to pack some clay in the bottom. I am thinking it may be a lost cause, but time will tell. I was planning on working on that today, but blew a hose on the dozer moving rock for the spillway.

If I was a little more motivated, I would take the backhoe back there and dig a much bigger water hole.....but the beer is calling my name.:D:D:D

Two of my grandkids came to visit so played with them. Now I'm working on a hippie purse made from a canteen gourd. Making it for a friend I watched grow up. Her dad and I were like brothers but he dropped dead 16 years ago. Heading west for the farm tomorrow to get back to ice storm cleanup and hopefully close on a piece of property I bought last week. Fixing to move about a mile from the farm instead of 180 miles. Place is 12 miles out of town. Just a small place but I'll have room for a garden, a berry patch and a workshop so I can piddle. Think I'll just move down there and cling to my religion and guns.

This beer is brewed by monks and has no name on the jug. It is by far the best beer that I have ever ingested. Three of the
Monk beers and I am quite conent. If I drink the 4th, it on!!!!!

Well then please drink one for me! maybe 2.....:)

Got the new extension on the Trailer. Hooked it up and attempted a backward jack knife. My trailer has a deckover on top and the corner just wanted to clip the cab corner. So I pulled it to the garage, took two boards off each side on the upper deck and measured 9 inches across from the corner down the side and across the front. cut the corners loose, notched the channel the folded them inward. then welded back and replaced decking. Waaaalaaaaahhhhh. Clearance I needed.:D Just got finished 20 minutes ago. :) I need to eat then go back to the garage. gonna change the oil and hyd-trans fluid in the Yanmar. Got a long day of hogging tomorrow. Suppose to be beautiful.

Me and the boy had a male bonding day, first we went for a hamburger and then to Tractor supply for some garden stuff and to look at everything, a 2 yr old at TSC is a blast, ducks rabbits and chickens,Then on to the CO-OP which I am sad to report my county COOP has become worthless, they dont even carry seeds anymore. Then we went to FILs to ride the old M farmall , feed the catfish, and work on stuff just put the boy down about an hour ago went out like a light. It couldnt have been better.
