Friday night, watching TV and there's one of those whodunnit clone shows on. In this episode, a bowhunter was trying to teach a newbie how to hunt and kill humans. Yep, the story was about a rural local yokel who chased helpless frightened people through the woods until he stuck several arrows through them. Showed a detective asking a local teenager what he would need to use to hunt a big game animal. Like the detective didn't know about guns??? Teen said shotgun slug, crossbow or bow. (I think that's right) Teen went on to say HE preferred his compound bow, not crossbow as mentioned above. Teen added, "an arrow will go right through an animal". So the detective used this info to help in the case.
Looks like another attempt to make hunting look dark and menacing and criminal instead of the necessary, familial bonding, recreational sport that it is.
