GSP, I talked to Roy G. a few days ago and he had no news on it. I'll see if I can get an update this week sometime.

But at least I had a good excuse! It was too close, the sun wasn't in my eyes, I wasn't sitting on a root that caused my leg to go numb, dern thing worked right into the call like it was supposed too, everything was just plain wrong with the shot, it was just to perfect! Shot right over top his *&%^#! head about 3 years ago![:0]

I know how it is with them turkeys. I thought I had the perfect set up. Made a perfect ground blind on the edge of a old forest service road and watched as the turkeys made their way down the ridge and just as I had a tom picked out I looked directly in front of me and there was four hens about 15 yards out and I watched as the come in to about 5 yards. They never got spooked and I don't think I have ever stayed that still in all my life. The tom never come out for the shot and the hens eventually walked off. I made for one heck of a show. I wish I have the video camera with me. Oh well beter luck next time.
