a few questions on turkeys

how do you roost a turkey? how offten do you call? do you need a box call or will only slate calls be ok? how long do you set if you do not here a turkey?

I have killed 2 but kinda lucked into them, the first 2 times i went.

to roost a turkey i just go to the woods and stand and listen the first nite u'll here them gobbleing at nite closer to season...then if i dont naturally hear any ill owl hoot...callings tricky but i usually just yelp a little every 15 minutes when im just set up with out hearing a gobble...and i love slate calls they work fine can be tricky to use if u gotta gethim just a little closer as he may see u moving to work the call that is why i always keepa mouth call in ....

i have tried and tried to use a mouth call, but i can't get past the gag reflex.
