Anyone heard of any information on where FEMA is trying to help the cost of the ICE STORM for victims of it?

You guys may not be aware, but if you suffered a loss in a federally declared disaster area (which covers most of the KY counties), you can deduct those losses on your 2008 tax form--the one you're getting ready to complete.

There's fields full of them in Mississippi that never got used after Katrina. :)Can't be good for them, sitting there. I hope they do a better job getting the cities thier money, they're spending a bunch on clean-up. A lot quicker than I expected also. All in all I think Madisonville did a great job during all this.

i thought you could only do this if the disaster was int he 2008 calendar year?

No, because it was a federally declared disaster, you can take it immediately.
