I'm needing to replace my front speakers in my 2000 Nissan Frontier (in the front doors). My question is: Do I have to remove the entire interior door panel to access the speakers, or will the speaker grill pop off so I can get in there that way? I'd just like to know before I go prying things off and possibly messing things up. Thanks!!

You'll have to pull the whole panel, there use to be metal tabs that were bent over to hold the grill in place, probably plastic now.

They make a fork ear tool to reach behind the pannel to pop out the clips. Probably pick one up at a parts store

Thanks, guys. I actually got ahead of myself in asking the question in the first place. When I went down and took a look at it a little closer, I saw that the speaker grill and the panel were one piece. Sorry about that. I'm sure I can come up with something to pop the clips out safely. Maybe a forked weeder from the garden shed will do the trick (just put a little duct tape on it to protect the paint). Thanks again.
