Obama Lied On Taxes!

I dont have a link to post but it is all over the news.
Obama promised a tax cut for everybody earning under $250 a year.
He lied again!
In his new budget he wants to impose an "energy tax" on everybody.
An increase on gas tax, a Fed tax on our electric bill, our heating oil and our natural gas usage.

He is proving his word dosent mean anything.
Yesterday when he addressed the troops, he said buy 2010 he would pull out ALL troops from Iraq. Well, he forgot to mention he is going to leave 50,000 there indefinatly as peace keepers and trainers. I dont have a problem with that but thats not what he said, I cant beleive anything the man says anymore.

President Obama's budget outline released today includes substantial assumed revenues from a new "global warming" tax, the largest revenue-raising measure in U.S. history - at $300 billion per year from mandating then selling "cap-n-trade" carbon dioxide ration coupons, vastly bigger than the tax to fight WWII even in present dollars ($107 billion per year). It's spectacularly larger than the last energy tax hike tried by the same crowd, the proposed (and failed) 1993 BTU tax that Al Gore now says cost the Democrats control of Congress ($47 billion as proposed). So much for Obama studying the mistakes of the Clinton-Gore administration's first year.

He plans on raising from the energy tax imposed in order to avert the end of the world to pay for his social engineering agenda This adds a special twist to the old conundrum of "sin taxes" - the demonized vice immediately becomes a virtuous............

The socialist plan is about TOTAL CONTROL of every aspect of our lives!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This week Obama mentioned that they were going to "make alternative forms of energy cost competitive". What does that mean? Do you think he's going to LOWER the prices on wind, solar, biofuels, etc? HELL NO, they are going to RAISE the prices on all our current forms of energy so the "alternatives" will be cost competitive! I will assure you by years end, if we still exist, gas will be WAY above the $4/gallon that we all griped about last year and it won't stop till it's several $$ more per gallon.

If the snake can totally cripple our economy, he thinks we will roll over and drop our drawers and let him do what he wishes. Many will! I won't!!!This patriot welcomes the war that is coming!

Willie, they dont use the term "global warming" anymore, especially since they found that glitch in the satelite imagery. They found an iceburg they didnt realize exhisted the size of California. It has them all screwed up now, so they have changed the term to "Climate Change."

We are now at the point where we have 4 sides of the fence installed, and Obama and Company are fixing to slam the gate! I happen to have several pairs of wire cutters lieing around, a few of those are the automatic kind. I also know several others that have cutters too. Let them shut the gate.....might just be the best thing that has happened to this nation in a long time!


There was a chemistry professor in a large college that had some exchange students in the class. One day while the class was in the lab, the prof noticed one young man, an exchange student, who kept rubbing his back and stretching as if his back hurt.

The young man then told the professor that is exactly what he sees happening in America The government keeps pushing us toward Communism/Socialism and keeps spreading the free corn out in the form of programs such as supplemental income, tax credit for unearned income, tax cuts, tax exemptions, tobacco subsidies, dairy subsidies, payments not to plant crops (CRP), welfare, medicine, drugs, etc. while we continually lose our freedoms, just a little at a time.

One should always remember two truths: There is no such thing as a free lunch and you can never hire someone to provide a service for you cheaper than you can do it yourself.

Obama now owns our financial system. He is in the process of nationalizing it. When we borrow money we will be borrowing from the US government, they will decide who gets a loan and who dosent.

They are working on nationalizing our health care, they will come between us and our Drs.

He is going to try to take over our energy network. He will tax us for over use or too much fuel consumption. He is taking control of our domestic auto and is mandating how and what they build.

Lets keep watching and see if people keep pulling money out of the market. Its close to going below 7000.

Every power plant in the country should shut down when this tax is passed. It wont take long before most would be ready to hang our government when we are living in the dark. Its the only way to stand up to this communist president of ours. :mad:

In Obama's speach the other night he spoke of making green energy affordable, but did not say how. I'll tell you how, he is going to impose so many restrictions on coal burning power plants in the form of emissions ,which the power companies will have to pass on to the customers..., bottom line? Expect you're electric bills to double the next couple of years. I'm sure this will really stimulate the econmoy when Factories double their utility bills. Its great to clean up our enviroment, but do you think any other country in this world is helping us? We can't do it by ourselves. While we are cleaning up and paying a huge bill doing it, China is out manufacturing us and stinkin' up the planet in the process. Just do a google search and see who the biggest coal user in the world is.

Face it, our government officials are so isolated and protected that they know nothing about the real world. Once elected into office they are set for life, and become very wealthy.

If all the power plants shutdown everyone would just attack the power companies, like they allready do.
It amazes me how folks bitch about electric bills,and power plant pollution but think nothing of the wastefull way they use it. drive down anyroad at night in the city or country and look at all the security lights and porch lights that burn all night long, pure waste.
They won't give up a monthly cell phone, or cable/satelite bill, but complain about eletric bills. To me its the cheapest utility I have.

DrKrbyLuv - I am not willing to concede to any "end times" - we can still turn things around. I think people are beginning to wake-up and I hold some degree of optimism that we are fast approaching a mass "awakening" in which people will understand that our future freedom and prosperity is in our hands - not in the hands of criminal bankers and corrupt bureaucrats. We need to recognize the power of the word "no" when it is simultaneously said by millions of people.

This is a crucial time in our history, each day is bringing us closer to something, I'm not sure what it is, I don't know if it will be the people giving in and letting the govt control their lives, because a lot of people think that would be better! or will be stepping up, making some big changes, seeing millions march on the capital packin guns? I'm not sure!

I think it will be a dangerous time, but I am also in a way excited that I'm living in a time that it may be possible for us to fight for what is right and hold them suckers accountable.
