Folks,

Have any of you seen the email petition going around that includes a video of the "Chinese Fur Farms"?

The farms hold hundreds of animals that are there to be stripped of their fur coats......while still alive!

Supposedly the chinese say they get better furs when they strip the animal of it's coat while still alive.

I have never really paid too much attention to PETA because more times than not they seem like some quacks...to me.

After watching this video I have been truly enraged, and upset. I still can't believe what I watched, and that the international community is not doing something about it.

I really dislike anything chinese right now.

I know this is a family based website, so I'm not going to post the link for the PETA video, in fear that a youngster would be too disturbed by it. I'm very disturbed about it.

OK typically I'm against anything to do with PETA but this is Awful:mad: What a terrible world we live in.........its a shame because the folks who collect fur the right way will have to pay for this.............

I can't say that I approve of the Chinese fur farmer's methods but I wouldn't complain if a few PETA members meet that same fate.

Rumor was when that first came out that PETA had paid those folks to do that...

Yeah, I would be real cautious about believing anything Peta is spewing. Not that I don't think the Chinese are capable of that kind of behavior, but I would take it with a grain of salt.

I searched and found the vid. It was disturbing to say the least. Other than that, I'm speechless....

Just another reason to stop exporting our own useful goods. PETA will only gripe about the chinese video and in turn protest our own fur trade. They dont have the gonads to go to china and protest

I don't need PETA to tell me about common decency. To mistreat any mammal by being so cruel and inhumane as to skin it alive deserves the same right back. I've also heard stories of the furbearers being electrocuted by putting an alligator clip on the tongue because it is a form of death that is better on the fur.

If its true then its horrible to say the least and will only be used as fuel to fire good legal fur harvesters..I have a hard time believing anything from PETA as they have a reputation for "manufacturing" videos and pictures..There was a picture of a beagle they used once with a trap on its leg above where the foot use to be..When zoomed in on the pic, the leg had been romoved with a blade of some sort because it was a clean cross cut
Like I said if its real then its horrid and the perpetrators should be dealt with in a strict "physically painful" manner..
