TN for their opener. I just got permission to hunt about 180 acres that looks to be holding 2 flocks right now. Still looking for some KY land close to Bowling Green.

You hire a guide service for south dakota, or are you hunting public ground? I was considering hunting the Black Hills a few years back then they went to a 1 bird limit in the Black Hills unit so that is an awful long trip for 1 bird. Good luck on your trip!!

Last year I hunted TN, KS, NE, and MI. With a one bird limit up here it is hard not to travel to hunt them.
I do all of my out-of-state stuff first, then finish up at home; our season runs until May 31.
I'm not sure how many places I'll make it this year, $$$$ being the limiting factor thanks to the economy!:mad::mad:

Well Alabama for some gobbler action and possibly the occasional pig straggling by. TN is still up in the air at this point, but isn't looking promising. Either way, KY all season long, probably bow only depending on how AL goes...if a bird hits the dirt down south, it will be bow only here until I finally skewer me a big ole tom.
