First Gobble 09

I heard my first turkey gobble of the year at 6:50 this morning behind the house. 2 more gobbled at my hoot owl call. Hearing the turkeys gobble wakes me up faster than 2 pots of coffee.

I have not had a chance to get out. A buddy of mine brought a video in ther other day. You can hear a few gobbles and then he taped them flying down. It gets the blood flowing. Good luck when season rolls in.

I hate hearing them this early ,hearing them and not being able to go after them :mad::mad: that'll try your patience.

not heard any myself yet, but if the weather keeps staying warm people will be hearing them a lot here soon

Heard my first gobble this morning then went back this afternoon to the same field to find 50+ turkey! I can't wait for season!!!!:D
