Bow?

How many people will be bow hunting for turkey this year? I took one with my bow last year and look to fill both tags this year. If the weather would cooperate I might be able to start shooting again.:cool:

i may try this year.i have been shootin indoor technohunt about 2-3 times a week.real fun and good practice.

I usually pack it a time or two during the spring season, especially if its raining.

got both mine last year with my bow 4 days hunting 2 birds down now i plan to add a little more difficulty to it. Im goin to kansas to try to put 2 rios down with it on video then come back and put 2 easterns down on video all with my bow. gotta love the bow hunting.

Its kinda just like that except you only have to work half as hard for the turkey.

Plan on taking my bow this year myself, I said I was going to try it last year and never did, took my gun out everytime i went to the woods. This year I do have more intension on taking my bow on at least a couple of hunts, it would have to be more of an excitment to kill one with a bow.

im giong to try it this year. i just got a mathews DXT last year and i have killed one doe with it. now theres a big gobbler on my list! gosh i need to get set up and ready for turkey season for you know it, it will be here!:D

I will be taking my bow again for the majority of the season! Last year I said it was going to be bow or bust, but It did not work out that way. Killed one the first week with my buddies shot gun. He set it down by me and the birds came in from behind us I was not going to get a shot with a bow so I picked his gun up and shot one! Did not take a gun again till the last friday and shot one that afternoon. I did however have the best season to date because I was hunting with a bow and no blind. Several close calls with the bow. Had the most fun I ever had turkey hunting! Highly recomend doing it with out a blind!:D
