Old Gun Cutts Choke

I have an old 20ga remington that has a add on CUTTS choke. It has a super full screw in choke. What would be the diameter of this choke? I know I need to shoot it but just wondering how that old choke set up will perform...interested in getting out there and shooting it. It is on a sportsman 48 and states 2 3/4 or shorter wonder if it will shoot a 3inch shell?

I have a remington sportsman 48, it is for 2 3/4 or smaller also. DO NOT SHOOT A 3 INCH IN THIS GUN.
