first i enjoyed talking to you the other evening will send stuff out early next week, its funny how we dont know each other but share some of the same friends and neighborhoods
this time of the year most classes are over however early each spring most chapters of the NWTF hold a few locally..these are beneficial but nothing beats going to the woods with an experienced hunter...One other thing you can do that wont hurt is right now go to your regular spots and try calling to the birds that are still out there most will come to your calling ...this will do a few things build your confidence that your capable of calling in birds, as well as will show you the areas they hang out in that you may not have noticed during season...
Videos arent a very good resource for learning the in's and outs in most cases they make it appear much easier then it is, and they make it look like you call your head off and gobblers will beat each other to make it to your set up....If you have a spot to go i'll go along with you a few times next season and try to help you get a bird...
If at all possible try getting a a Denny Gulvas video (spelling may not be correct) and he is actually on the www.NWTF .org forums...
anyone that has seen his videos can tell you they are by far the most informative on the market..
