Lawyers are the ruin of this country. Legislators for the most part are lawyers.
Imagine if most lawmakers, were teachers. You think laws would favor education.
They make laws that benefit them if they aren’t re-elected. Also most kids follow their parents profession. So it helps there kids too.
Our goofy Governor, is paying 3 lawyer buddies to reinvestigate the Beverly Hills fire. It happened in 1977 and IMHO is just a big payoff for his lawyer buddies.
The American Bar As wants all the Gitmo clowns brought to the US and have to face justice. All it means is millions of taxpayer dollars in their pockets.
Every deathrow inmate gets a pot of taxpayer cash for appeals, given to him by law. But the law firms that surround state capitols really get it.
Lawyers don’t create anything except paperwork in legalese for more lawyers to interpret.
The are the modern day equivalent to the monks of the Middle Ages. Everything must be approved, stamped and recorded by them and a fee paid.
The ultimate irony is that Bill Clinton, a lawyer’s lawyer, got caught in a money making scam that lawyer’s have created in this country, the sexual harassment suit.
Read Lee Iacocca ’s book from the 80’s. At that time, the K-car was the #1 seller from Chrysler. It cost 8k. 800 or 10% went to lawyers.
I don’t hate all lawyers. It’s just 99% give the other 1% a bad name.
