I have a Chevy Silverado that has the factory radio in it. About 3 months I put a cd in there, and have been unable to get the cd to eject. This is a store bought cd, not a homemade one. The cd will still play, it just won't eject. I've tried everything I could think of. Even tried to pry it out with a pair of pliers yesterday. Anybody have any suggestions? Getting tired of listening to the same cd everyday.

what year truck is it?if it's a newer model delco had a lot of problems with them.it will probably need to have the cd drive replaced.any dealer can send it for repair and the repair facility will send the cd back with it.

I have had this happen to a couple of times and I will tell you all the ways that has worked for me.
1. pull the fuse to the cd player and let it set without it for 10 mins for the unit to reset itself.
2.Live the dash i hard love tap on the top.
3. turn off the truck and remove the keys and hit the eject button
I hope one of these will work out for you man.

I'll try the fuse first.

you can try the fuse thing but i dont think it will work.delco has had a ton of problems with thier radio's and clusters.it will probably have to be taken out and sent to be fixed.
