Running off generator..hauling water by barrel...All kind of excuses why no water..your at the end of the line...the pumps are not working right.. The river is muddy...one excuse after another. As some others we have not seen anyone but neighbors since this started except when we go to town.

What got me worse than anything is here we set on county water with nothing and they open up a car wash a few miles away also on county water.

At least yesterday we seen a power crew in a nearby town working on some lines.

If you are at the end of a line it might require a booster pump to get the water to you. With no electric in the area then you wouldn't have any water either.

I don' t know if that is you case or not.

Thanks to 12Pointer I have a 200 gallon tank of water sitting on a trailer in my driveway..

If I pretend we are Amish does that mean I have to trade in my truck for a tractor or team of horses ???:D

There is light at the end of the tunnel tho..the airplane leaves Nashville at 8:40 Am on April 26th....Vegas bound for a week....:D

Duster, I left the receiver in the hitch of the trailer just incase you needed to get a refill in greenville. It takes a 1 7/8 inch ball and I figured you might not have one that size. 200 gallons cost me $1.74 after tax at the city water plant there just off 181, just up the road from you at the edge of Greenville.:)

If you are going Amish you need to watch this video so you know what to expect in an "Amish Paradise". :D
